| Notes | The Quoile Countryside Centre offers visitors a secluded picnic and information spot, highlighting the birdlife on the river. It had the remnants of a nature garden which had lapsed because of lack of upkeep. Downe U3A have undertaken to bring it back to life and in the process have been learning from each other about good gardening practices and particularly about herbs and wild flowers. The outcome will be a range of raised beds with informative notices beside each of the plant types. |
